We have been working as an agency in our marvellous Finistère for a long time now, the surroundings are picturesque and you are spoiled by nature - you will be surprised how much space you will find everywhere, even in the high season our North Finistère is never overcrowded. This is "THE" advantage for guests who really want to relax and "come down". All this in and with our marvellous nature (we often say ourselves - here the world is still in order - the air is clean, the water clear and the Bretons are incredibly warm, friendly people). Ty Arvorig is located in the well-known Brignogan Plage, directly on the marvellous sea, just behind the house the "sentier cotier" invites you for a walk. "Berg ar Scaf" is the name of the bay directly in front of Ty Arvorig (only 30 metres from the house; you first walk around the house) with the beach of the same name. And if you like, you can take a leisurely walk to one of our favourite restaurants "La Corniche" on the picturesque bay of Brignogan - a short distance of approx. 1/2 km!

Villa Ty Arvorig is truly unique in terms of facilities and comfort, it really does have more than just a touch of luxury and has been classified with five stars by the French tourist board - a very rare honour to be very proud of. In fact, your heart opens as soon as you enter the beautiful holiday home, tasteful, cosy and de luxe - this villa is our cocooning centrepiece of our entire holiday home portfolio - spacious almost 200m² for just 6 people. Great, high-quality furnishings, with everything you could wish for, your own bar, a fully glazed conservatory directly in front of your own wellness area with a large sauna, Kneipp pool, your own spa shower and WC and, of course, a huge jacuzzi in front of it. The owners have put so much heart into the house, e.g. all the beds were handmade especially for Arvorig by a blacksmith. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (2x en suite) and WC. Come and visit "Ty Arvorig" - you will be amazed at how spacious, luxurious and cosy a 5-star holiday home by the sea can be.
A few years ago we "landed" here in beautiful Finistère, and after a short time we couldn't leave this "wonderful spot on earth". In addition to our own holiday homes, our agency "Villas Vacances" also looks after the holiday homes of other owners. We love the Finistère and we look after all our holiday properties with just as much love. When the owners asked us to rent out their house, we were delighted - because it is rare to find houses that are so tastefully, lavishly and luxuriously furnished. And then there was even permission from the dog-loving homeowner for travellers to bring their four-legged friend with them; this possibility is very, very rare in such high-quality holiday homes!
A cosy de luxe house right by the sea, where the guest immediately feels at home. That was the intention when Ty Arvoirig was remodelled in 2020 and 2021. The pretty Breton granite stone house, 30 metres from the sea, right on the bay of Ber ar Scaf, has been given a great sea view during the renovation, you can lie on the sun loungers on the upper floor of the spa area and enjoy the wonderful sea view. The spa area is spacious, has a 5m² Klafs sauna, Kneipp changing pool, Italian walk-in shower...and a huge 5-person Jacuzzi (which has been integrated into another wooden terrace outside the spa area). Dogs are very welcome here (max. two dogs please!!! and only by prior arrangement) the garden is fenced and offers plenty of space, the large car park (a good 3 cars possible) is closed by an electric gate. Right next to the covered stone terrace you enter the large kitchen with skylight - the kitchen equipment is uniquely complete, and your cooker including oven area is almost professional, the American fridge is a matter of course. A corridor with its own bar (wine fridge, additional drinks fridge, antique manual slicing machine, etc etc.). Passing the bar, you are led into the bright open-plan living area with a classic open fireplace and a spacious, solid monastery dining table; and a sofa area for relaxing right next to it. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own access to the garden; ideal for guests with dogs, there is an extra bathroom for this room in the entrance area on the same level. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, both with separate WC and both with separate en suite bathrooms - both with Italian shower and one with free-standing bathtub and skylight. An extremely sophisticated and well-equipped holiday home with plenty of space and pleasant luxury. The house is equipped with an OZONOS air purifier - among other things, the device eliminates bad odours and destroys all viruses, including coronaviruses! The house has been classified with a rare 5 stars by the French Tourism Federation - this is extremely rare and speaks for the comfort that awaits you.
Our Finistère is characterised by its beautiful, unspoilt nature and is not at all as crowded as other tourist areas of Brittany. So why not stay in the peace and quiet of Finistère and organise a few excursions if you feel like it. If you ever find the "hustle and bustle" of the destination too stressful, you are in wonderfully quiet hands with us. Brittany has so many interesting things to offer, a little leafing through the travel guide and you'll even find very beautiful destinations in the immediate vicinity, for example the very picturesque, "British" Roscoff, the beautiful Crozon peninsula, or then further south the Pt. du Raz, or Concarneau (famous for the detective stories of Inspector Dupin) or even the artist-hosting Pont Aven....and so on......you will love Brittany at the latest then, if you don't already do so !!!
