Set over 3 levels, the villa is built around a large 60 m2 living room that includes the lounge, living room and kitchen.
Set in the hills above Vailhauques, the 140 m2 villa comprises :
- A bright living room with a large, comfortable sofa,
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, toaster, etc.
- A dining room,
- Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160cm bed,
- Upstairs: bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)
- Upstairs: bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- Basement: bedroom with 1 x 180cm bed
There are 2 terraces where you can enjoy the outdoors.
They overlook the swimming pool and the heights around Vailhauques. You'll be able to relax or take your meals, and enjoy the sunsets. An arbour covers one of the terraces.
The swimming pool is 3.5 x 7 m and also has a lovely terrace with 2 sun loungers and a hammock to enjoy the peace and quiet of the garden.
A table tennis table is also available.
The beds are ready on arrival, and towels and beach towels are provided.
Shops (butcher, baker, fruit and vegetable shop, mini-market) are directly accessible by foot (6 minutes) or by bike (2 minutes).
Access to the villa is quick and easy: 20 minutes from the centre of Montpellier via the A75. The beaches (Palavas) are 35 minutes away.
