Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view villa for rent in the town of Erquy. Fully renovated in 2024, it is located less than a kilometre from the beach and features Wi-Fi, a floor area of 200 m² and accommodating up to 10 guests (from 17/08/2026, the villa will be able to accommodate up to 10 guests with access to the ground-floor studio).
Overlooking the sea, it comprises a spacious 75 m² living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (+ ground-floor studio with kitchen from 17/08/26), 3 bathrooms. 1 study with a sofa bed. You can enjoy a large garden with a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 75 m² living area with a smart TV and a fireplace fitted with an insert (unlimited firewood to chop on site!)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A separate toilet
- On the first floor: a master suite with a beautiful bedroom (16 m²) featuring a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom (with shower, bath and toilet)
- On the second floor:

1 study with a sofa bed
- On the ground floor, 1 studio for 2 people with a separate entrance and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 (studio with its own shower room, kitchen...).
