There is a landscaped, enclosed garden of around 400 m², a swimming pool and a large terrace with garden furniture. Facing due south, you can enjoy outdoor lunches thanks to an automatic awning. Barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs... you name it!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, sitting area and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
