You can enjoy morning strolls along the tourist route or on the beach, swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Iroise Sea or simply relax and listen to the soothing sound of the waves.
This house was delivered less than a year ago and is ready to welcome its first guests.
As you enter the house, you enter a large living area comprising a lounge and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. From the living room, all you have to do is push open the sliding bay to enjoy the terrace, ideal for relaxing after a sunny day on the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy together.
Also on the ground floor, there is a separate WC and a master suite. Upstairs, you'll find 3 further bedrooms, a second separate WC and a bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a desk, ideal for teleworking. The second bedroom also has a 140x190 bed. The last bedroom is ideal for children, with 3 single beds (80x190) and a cot.
The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Hotel-quality bed and bathroom linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a small welcome hamper made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!
Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
