The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming duplex with sea view, at 50 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 52 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double), armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Room 1 : two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the first floor of the duplex :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.
Outside :
shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A private balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in the heart of the seaside resort. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort".
17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the open sea.

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private numbered parking of the residence (1 vehicle, maximum size SUV or Break).
