The entire main part of a semi-detached villa, completely independent of its twin and the apartment on the ground floor, large flowery terrace hidden from the road by a high wall and a large gate. WIFI.Ground floor: - Direct entrance into a beautiful living room (25m²) very bright with 2 sliding windows onto the terrace (south-facing), TV and double sofa bed. - Kitchen (9.86m²) with refrigerator, 4-burner gas cooker, dishwasher.- Cellar with washing machine.
