This 16th century building with a surface area of ​​about 260 m² is located 10 minutes from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. It overlooks the town of Pléneuf-Val-André, offering you a superb unobstructed view especially magical at night, when the sky is covered with stars as far as the eye can see.
The Old Presbytery offers all modern comforts and can accommodate up to 15 people.
On the ground floor there is a living room of 40 m² with a monumental fireplace, a kitchen fully equipped with modern conveniences, sanitary facilities and a dining room that can accommodate all the guests.
On the first floor, you will benefit from four bedrooms, a dressing room, a large playroom and relaxation room, two bathrooms, a shower room and WC.
On the second floor you will find two large bedrooms.
Outside, a large swimming pool (10x5m) covered at 25 degrees allows you to enjoy the peace, beauty and nature that surrounds it, the presbytery being located on a large fenced garden of about 4000 m².
