ON THE FLOOR: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200). 1 dormitory bedroom with 3 beds (90x200), including 2 bunk beds. 1 bedroom with 2 drawers (80x200 in side / side or 160x200). Bathroom with toilet.
EXTERIORS: Wooded and enclosed garden of around 500m2, sunny throughout the day, with a large wooden terrace in the South / South-West for lazing around and aperitifs and meals. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Garage (not accessible to cars) for bikes, motorcycles, strollers, windsurfers
2 parking lots in front of the gate, possibility of parking a vehicle inside the property. And parking spaces in the residence for visitors.
A cycle and pedestrian path is at your disposal as soon as you leave the residence and will lead you to the port and beaches. A free bus service is organized in season to take you to Kervillen Beach. More details at the Tourist Office.
OTHER REMARKS
Various optional paid services are offered during and at the end of the stay (restocking of the linen during the stay, the breakfast service delivered and served, cleaning.)
Your rental includes electricity consumption.
For the consumption of water, a volume defined in the contract is included according to the number of people, in case of excess a price of 6 € per additional m3 will be applied.
You have access to all parts of the house defined in the contract except 2/3 cupboard at the entrance (private shed).
Your hostesses Pauline and Laurence will be at your disposal throughout your stay.
We put at your disposal a large number of equipment to allow you to travel "light" !!! and to make you feel "at home".
LOCATION: barely 800m from the port (10 minutes on foot), 1.5 km from Kervillen beach, small beaches or coves closer to the port. Tourist Office at 800m.
Shops: Various shops on the port, food shops and food on the market place and on the port. Markets on Tuesdays and Fridays morning, fish market in the port every morning. Supermarket in the direction of Carnac plage at 3km.
