Positive: Perfect for anyone entering their Duchess era… quiet, beautifully located, and a sneeze away from Jodrell Bank - so brilliant for work trips based there or for Douglas Adams fans.

Negative: Nothing. It’s in excellent nick, great layout, and has ridiculously pretty views. We would have appreciated Colin Firth emerging from the lake, but made do with the cheery fishermen we met.
