In Saint-Malo, on three levels, a 380 m² house with 10 bedrooms with their own shower rooms, large and comfortable living spaces, a large garden: perfect for family stays or meetings, professional seminars (15 to 20 people) or for the celebration of an event (40 people).
On the first floor, you will have a large living room with a fireplace, a small living room open to the garden, a dining room, a reception room (with a capacity of 40 people), a master suite with bathroom, TV and dressing room, a double suite for two people with its adjoining shower room and an independent equipped kitchen, and toilet.
On the second floor, you will find a large home cinema lounge, and two family suites with two bedrooms on each wing; one double (beds 140x190cm) with TV and one with two twin beds convertible into a double bed of 160, with private bathroom and WC. On the second floor there is a games room with a ping-pong table, a suite (bed 160x200cm) with a shower room, and 3 bedrooms with twin beds convertible into a double bed 160x200cm, each with a shower room and WC.
The enclosed parking for about ten cars gives you the comfort and tranquility of a parking without difficulties.

You can enjoy walks along the Bas Sablons, Solidor and the City of Aleth. The center of St-Servan with its shops, restaurants and market is 5 minutes away on foot.
You can also easily reach the other tourist points of the Emerald Coast by car: Dinard, Cancale and the Mont Saint Michel bay. You are 15 kilometers from the Dinard golf course, 4 kilometers from the Saint-Malo train station.

We will not welcome guests after 11pm.
The cleaning at the end of the stay does not include routine tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning/storing the dishes. A 24€ supplement will be asked if MALOC has to do it for you.
