Summary: I wasnt expecting much as it was so cheap but i was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are spotless and cosy (although bathroom airfreshener was extremely overpowering.) Shower not powerful enough but was hot and did the job. Floors and bed was wonky as the building is old but it just adds to its charm. Very quiet and didnt hear any noise from outside except the rain. Plently of shops and restaurants nearby and Brighton beach is right on your doorstep. Nice supply of tea, coffee and sugar and small toiletries if you need them. Room could really benefit from a microwave.
