The small, two-storey residence is located just outside the center of the lively port and spa town in an extremely quiet, small cul-de-sac. The bright winter garden is particularly pleasant, where you can spend the cooler days in the countryside. At the end of the shared garden plot, a small footpath leads after a few steps directly to the first small sand and pebble beach (Plage de Groa Rouz). The marina is just a few minutes' walk from the historic town of Roscoff. There is also a lot on offer for your leisure time: in addition to a casino and the thalassotherapy center, there are numerous restaurants and boutiques in the small town.
