Positive: Location, garden, comfortable lounge and big rooms

Negative: Kitchen tap leaking, needs resealing. Limited drinking glasses, no fire extinguisher. Landing ceiling was leaking after the rain, needs repairing. Shower over the bath trips electric all the time. Unable to use old second shower which just runs hot and cold. All the single bed mattresses need replacing. The single room mattress has springs jutting out, and the front singles are really soft. Tv instructions need updating. Finally, the directions need updating. The post box where you turn left no longer exists. There is a small inset instead on a slate wall with private road written on the side. The driveway down to the cottage is steep and full of holes. Fine for a 4x4
