Landeda is situated in a unique seascape; certainly one of the most beautiful corners of the Finistère - the sea view from the quiet Kergoz is fantastic - use your personal access through a small garden gate directly to the water - right in front of your house - isn't that unique?
When we were asked by the owner to take care of this beautiful house which is practically surrounded by the sea - the decision was very easy - the location of the house is stunning and the famous St Marguerite dunes and beach area is just around the corner.
Yes, where to start? - With such a bombastic location? Your house is wonderfully quiet and surrounded by the sea at the end of a narrow country lane surrounded by the sea. The house is modern with a new open-plan kitchen, a wonderfully large elongated living/dining area - with a multitude of sea view windows - the cosy crowning glory of the living area is the strong beams adorning the living space and between the front windows facing the sea there is a wood-burning stove. The house has several sheltered terraces - and an enclosed garden of approx. 3500m² and private gate with access to the sea/beach. For the maximum of 6 adult guests (+max. 2 kids under 12) there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets.A beautiful modern holiday home, with an incredibly unique sea view location and then all alone and quiet - this is really breathtaking as a holiday home - then a large fenced garden - a four-legged friend is also allowed - sea views from all bedrooms from the living area; several terraces for every sun position one - own gate to the beach and sea and then a kayak or a standup for free use ....da you can only wish dreamlike and relaxing holidays.

What a marvellous location - there is no other place like it! You live all alone on a fenced 3500m² property - beautifully secluded and very quiet on a small elongated arm of land "Kergoz" in the rearmost house directly by the sea. All around you can see the sea at about 280 degrees - not a room in the house from which you cannot see the sea. - As the French say "les pieds dans l'eau" meaning "right on the water". You have your own gate from your garden with your own personal access to the sea / beach - all to yourself.
