Our house is located in Séné at the bottom of the Gulf of Morbihan. It runs along one of the many walking trails of Séné, a stone's throw from the Gulf by the cotier path and a few hundred meters from the nature reserve, it is in a very protected and privileged environment.
Séné is a town along the Gulf, there are no less than 42 km of coastal paths! Lovers of walks or bicycle rides, you will be seduced. You love small towns and their picturesque markets, you will love Vannes which is only 6 minutes from our house by car. In Vannes, you can visit the markets, the city center or the port, as well as a multitude of other visits to do.
Our house is made up of 3 beautiful double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. We left a book area upstairs with TV, lounge, games; this allows you to benefit from a break space to meet. Our house is also equipped with a nice kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms / WC.
A privatized garden awaits you, an orchard with seasonal fruits awaiting you. From this garden you have a breathtaking view of the gulf. No opposite in this house, which is on a property with two other houses. The garden is equipped with chairs and tables and BBQ which are on a very nice terrace with view on the Gulf.
