Positive: Clear instruction was sent prior to arrival - keys easy to locate and no issue getting into the property.

Negative: Everything was spot on ---- the only thing (and a tiny thing) is that a toddler step in one of the bathrooms would have been useful. I really can't suggest or fault anything.

Summary: Stunning house, beautifully finished. Would stay again.
