Enjoy this ground floor light filled newly remodeled and centrally located smart condo in a quiet neighborhood with a great view. Please note this is a non smoking property. This is my home part time now, so rest assured it’s fully equipped and not a hollow flipped unit.
You should know this is a ground floor unit with someone living above you. The kitchen/living room above sound as if they are wooden floors (like mine in the pictures) so sound does carry and if they drop something you'll hear it.

There is a king size bed in the larger bedroom, a Queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen sized air mattress in the entryway closet as well. The couch is also really comfy and can accommodate 2 people since it's an L shape.
