Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Breakfast bar seating 4, separate bedroom nook with large window and double bed (140 cm wide). Very light and sunny. Living area has sofa bed (110 cm wide) for occasional guest. Bathroom with large rain shower. 341 sqft big. Pls note there is no lift and it’s situated on the 3rd floor so you need to walk up. Even though the flat sleeps 3 pls bear in mind that it is 30 sqm large. Although the hot water cylinder can cope with 3 showers we are talking about 3 fast showers otherwise pls spread the showers throughout the day for more comfort and give the boiler a chance to reheat more water.
