The house is ideally located in Saint-Juvat, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- At only 12 kilometers from the city of Dinan, medieval city with the port of the Rance where you can rent boats without license or canoes.
