Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Good location, close to the hospital and local amenities by car .allocated parking space Isabel kindly helped me to find the property which was difficult to find.

Negative: While it was known in advance that breakfast was not provided, the room also lacked basic toiletries such as soap and shower gel, and clearer communication about this would be helpful. The shower drained slowly, the internet was unstable, and the TV disconnected during a final match. The wooden patio can be slippery in wet weather which could be a potential safety concern .There was no fridge or freezer available to store food. In addition, the kitchenette was inadequate . There was no space for a microwave, and instead an electric heater had been placed there, which was space occupying and useless ⸻ I reported that the room was cold and received a dismissive response, followed by no further help. Despite explaining my work commitments, the issue was never addressed.

Summary: Overall the price felt high for the level of facilities provided
