Summary: My room was clean, warm & very comfortable. Easy WiFi connection. Plenty of tea/coffee facilities. All staff were so helpful and friendly, but full marks go to the lovely chap at reception, who helped with the 'uncorking' of my birthday bottle of vino! A perfect stay on my way home to Kent.
