This stunning house as to which you are the sole occupier, has the living accommodation based on the first floor, with direct access to a large sun terrace and private swimming pool. There is artificial grass to relax on, wooden teak table/6 chairs and a weber barbeque, cushions and loungers.
The interior has been recently renovated and redecorated, it includes a very well equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. 3 large bedrooms, bathroom with a bath and a separate shower, downstairs laundry room with a second toilet.
A number of toys, scooters etc for children are available.
The views of the village are exceptional. There are lots of lovely walks to do around the local area also it is part of the VTT. Cyclists are welcome to leave there bikes downstairs in the safety of the hallway.
Ample parking available. Albas, is wonderful and friendly, here and locally there are numerous cultural events that all are welcome to attend. It is very easy to let yourself become submerged in the South of France atmosphere.
Stunning scenery and well located for all the best this area has to offer, in wine, food, beaches, canals, walking, cycling and the famous Cathar castles.
The area is unique for its geology, so on a afternoon you can leisurely look for dinosaur eggs in the hills, they have been found here.
