It is composed of a pretty living room of 25 m² with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m² and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa, fireplace (wood not provided).
- A dining room.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... and a dining area.
- A shower room with shower and WC.
- Separate WC.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and bunk beds.
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A beautiful unfenced garden with hedges on a part of about 500 m² facing south with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A terrace of about 30 m² facing south.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Quévert near Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in the centre of the village, but also from shops, restaurants, bars, markets... in the town of Dinan and the surrounding area.
