This accommodation is very well furnished and fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people. It is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. The accommodation includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room (soap/shampoo available) and a nice living room with a sofa bed. It also has a garden that will be very appreciated in summer.
You will find everything you need during your stay, the following equipment will be at your disposal: coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, wifi, parking / garage.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
A professional cleaning is done after each traveler.

## Emplacement
Rezé, the 3rd largest city in the Nantes agglomeration with approximately 40,000 inhabitants, is located south of Nantes, from which it is separated by the Loire River. It is bordered on the west by the valley of the Jaguère which separates it from Bouguenais and on the east by the valley of the Sèvre which traces the limit with Nantes and Vertou.

Rezé developed on the site of the Gallo-Roman city of Ratiatum, a great port of antiquity, which reached its peak in the first centuries of our era. Important excavations are regularly carried out each year around the Saint-Lupien chapel. The latter dates from the 15th century.
