The luxury villa "Gwalarn" is a really impressive modern building, whose huge property reaches directly to the sea directly to the water and the fine sand! Modernly furnished and spacious, the 200 m² house offers space for 2 to 8 people. Four bedrooms are available, two of them over 25m² in size - and from the first floor you have a great sea view. The plot is enormous with over 5000m² and stretches directly along the sea and the bay, the main house is somewhat sheltered in the upper part of the plot. The owner had a small 20m² châlet built directly in front of the sea, with its own kitchen and small terrace - from there you can watch the sunset in front of your bay - it can hardly be more romantic. Of course you only use the villa - the entire garden and the châlet yourself. And for your car (or rather several cars) there is enough space in the yard - behind a large entrance gate. Just the right thing for guests who like to have a lot of space available on vacation and don't want to do without a touch of luxury.
