Our small farm - a pretty country house built of stone - typically Breton - that's a good way to describe the Fermette Kervagen. It is a small granite farmhouse in the middle of fields and surrounded by farms. So very quiet and rural location. But the sea is not far - only about 10 km by car - and you have turquoise sea and kilometers of beautiful sandy beaches in front of you in the beautiful Breton sun! Certainly the most beautiful beaches in North Finistère and only about 15 minutes away. The house has two bedrooms - ideal for 2 to 4 people - you are welcome to take your dogs with you (unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats) - the house is simple and clean; has a separate toilet and a small bathroom with shower. The small living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table (in front of the wood-burning stove/fireplace) and a small kitchenette - with everything you need, a stove with oven, fridge including freezer compartment), unfortunately there is no place for a dishwasher in the kitchen - otherwise everything is there. (and the washing machine can be found in the next room where you will also find a tumble dryer). Make yourself a nice fire in the fireplace, enjoy free international satellite TV and also free internet via WLAN. Please always report pets to us; Dogs are very welcome if you are registered. (We cannot accommodate cats !!)
On arrival and departure you can choose any day that you like; we have no fixed arrival days - choose to your heart's content, every stay is welcome as long as you stay with us for at least 7 days. It is very important that in KERVAGEN there is no laundry ready in the house - we do not offer any options either - so make sure you bring all bed linen, towels and tea towels with you - also think of bath towels because the sea is just around the corner . The house has a beautiful garden, with great pampas grass with a direct connection to the cow pasture behind your cottage. You could say the cow is here in your garden. You have a large gravel parking lot, even for several cars and there is a beautiful gravel terrace area in front of the house (with garden furniture) - the property is not fenced, but open to the dirt road. For your walks you are already one meter away in a quiet, green, relaxing feel-good landscape. It is very important for us to assure you that all parts of the house are purely private and can be used alone. The Fermette has a sister house next door, which may also be rented out - both houses are 100% separate from each other, there is nothing that has to be used together. So you are completely private.
