T2 apartment of 48m ² recently renovated by a couple of architects with a private apartment of 23m ².
Ideal setting to relax while remaining close to the hypercentre.
Outside, on the terrace, you can eat where you bask to the sound of birds nestling in the balmes lyonnaises (Fourvière hill).
Inside, you will enjoy a bright and sunny apartment (south and west orientation), which overlooks a quiet courtyard and the private terrace overlooking it. Inside, the atmosphere is soft and soothing. We chose natural materials and quality (poplar, ash, gilded stone ..).
Access:
In a peaceful setting between the Saône and the Fourvière hill, near the peninsula and old Lyon (15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bus or car).
4 bus lines pass in front of the building. Metro 15 minutes walk. Velov station at 3 minutes.
The train station is 25/30 minutes by public transport (15 minutes by car).
Good to know: Possibility of parking easily near the building (paid public parking on the docks or free on the low platforms in front of the building).
Housing :
Private entrance on the first floor from a quiet inner courtyard. Terrace vegetated and equipped (tables, chairs, parasol).
The apartment is duplex:

- ground floor: entrance with office, bedroom (bed 160) with fitted dressing room, separate toilet and shower room.
Be careful, the stairs are not secure.
