The studio is located on the first floor of a building in a quiet street, close to the Gratte Ciel metro. It can accommodate 2 people with its mezzanine.

It includes the following amenities:

A kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, small refrigerator, electric stovetop with 2 burners, exhaust hood, kettle, toaster, tableware, and cooking utensils. There’s a high table with two chairs for your meals.

A desk and a wardrobe with hangers.

A shower room with a washbasin, toilet, and towel dryer.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

A mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed (140x190cm) and a small coffee table (NOTE: a small ladder is used to access the mezzanine, not suitable for children; sloped ceilings from 2m to 1.5m).

LINEN AND ESSENTIALS Upon arrival, you will find linens and basic essentials in the apartment.

Regarding linens:

The bed will be made.
1 bath towel per person for the stay (if you need more, please bring your own).

Villeurbanne offers all the benefits of a big city in a greener and calmer environment, with direct access to the upscale 6th arrondissement and the Part-Dieu district. By metro, tram, or bus, you can quickly access all parts of Lyon thanks to the extensive public transport options.

Villeurbanne enjoys a vibrant neighborhood life: with a mix of young people, families, and retirees, this community has numerous cultural centers, sports facilities, associations, shops, schools, high schools, and universities.

The diversity of residents adds character and richness to this community. With a strong cultural heritage, Villeurbanne includes historical sites such as the Gratte-ciel, the Town Hall, the Théâtre National Populaire, the Anatole France school, the House of Books, Images, and Sound, Studio 24, Astroballe (ASVEL), and the former Bayard and Bally factories. The city continues to evolve with new neighborhoods like the Terrain des Sœurs, where our Carrare development is currently underway.

Sports: Many sports facilities, including high-level venues like Astroballe for our basketball champions!

There are also two major markets: the “Gratte-Ciel” market on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and especially Saturdays, and the wonderful Wilson Square market on Wednesdays, Fridays, and especially Sundays, where you’ll find a wide variety of goods at unbeatable prices in a lively, family-friendly atmosphere.

PART-DIEU STATION / APARTMENT (16min): To reach the apartment from Part-Dieu station, take metro B towards Charpennes and exit at Charpennes. Then take metro A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and exit at Gratte-ciel. The apartment is a 9-minute walk from there.

ST EXUPERY AIRPORT / APARTMENT (43min): To reach the apartment from St Exupery Airport, take the Rhone Xpress to Part-Dieu station and exit at Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie. Then take metro A towards Perrache and exit at Gratte-ciel. The apartment is a 9-minute walk from there.
