Positive: Beautiful location and quality furniture and furnishings. Loved the very soft towels.

Negative: Arrived late very tired, wasn’t told there was a duvet in the entrance cupboard for the sofa bed(spare sheets were in the bedroom main wardrobe), so slept in full clothes as it was chilly. Also couldn’t make the sofa bed into a double - seemed stuck/tricky so slept on a narrow mattress.. staff should be a little more helpful especially when customers arrive late. Also wasn’t aware there were 2 floors without a lift which my 87 year old dad struggled a bit with..

Summary: Lovely place - staff could be more helpful and attentive.
