We offer our cottage in the heart of an isolated hamlet dating from the 17th century, and its many ruins. Easy access, 3 minutes from the Rennes / St Brieuc axis, come and enjoy a stone house, and its outdoor space of 70 m2, including a terrace.
Housing
The cottage is located in the center of the hamlet which has our small market garden and organic fruit farm. We work without tractors, within a framework in which we try to reintroduce a maximum of biodiversity. Here, sleeping with the window open is like being woken up by the birds!
The house is composed on the ground floor, a large living room / dining room / kitchen of 60 m2 and dry toilets (you are free to use it).
Upstairs a landing serves 3 bedrooms
12 m2 approximately and a shower room / wc.
Travelers access
Travelers have access to the entire living area of the house.
You can walk freely in the various gardens and go and pet our 2 donkeys Virgule and Asterix.

The hamlet is located about 2 kilometers from the nautical ski lift "BZH Wake park", 10 minutes from Jugon-les-lacs where you can take advantage of its nautical leisure center and its hiking and mountain biking circuits. 30 minutes from the beaches of Erquy, Pléneuf Val-André, Saint Cast Le Guildo and Cap Fréhel. 25 minutes from Dinan, 50 minutes from Saint Malo and 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel.
