Summary: Last week we stayed at the chateau in the Le charme appartment. At first when we came everything looked fine, but as we went further the details were disappointing. In the back patio of our appartment was dog faeces and a lot of nettles, the furniture was in a bad state. So this area could not be used. The appartment was very very humid, the bathroom in particular, it could have used some airing before arrival as a service Master bedroom acceptable (curtains and closet in their final years of existence) , the bed linnen was new, so new that a part of the packing material was still present. The kitchen, with a lose standing stove with a gastank in a house..., a cable reel were the oven was connected to, was completely rolled on, this is a fire hazard. The sink was leaking, the kitchen cabinets already rotting away. Living room: non working television Front outside area: table on the verge of collapse Outside light not working In the bathroom -between te woodwork: remains of a dead mouse -kit work around the bath: full with fungus -bathcurtain, new but much to long -woodwork around the bath: rotting away, together with the fungus this is a health risk. Outside areas: no maintanance visible, the "pepinieres" a complete mess. Wifi: not available in the house only outside and in the central area (used to be a tea room), it is 2020, and not acceptable anymore. In the whole it is just not worth the money I paid for it.
