Located in the village and 500 meters from the sea, the Hacienda Kervoyal opens its doors to you after two years of renovation.
This former captain's residence, dating from 1850, can now accommodate up to 15 people in an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and reverie. Mixing the charm of the old with the comfort of the current, we offer a house of around 300 m2 on 3 levels.
The house has been designed to accommodate groups, families, friends for a weekend or during holidays in the spirit of the family house. We have taken special care to make our visitors feel at home as soon as they walk through the door of our hacienda.
The ground floor offers a large living room of 60 m2 including kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a room accessible to people with reduced mobility (160 x 200 bed) and its private bathroom (PRM standards) as well as toilets.
The first floor is made up of 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 beds, a bedroom with two 90x190 beds, and two bathrooms, one with WC. A large living room with fireplace and garden access, ideal for relaxing with the wood stove completes this level.
On the top floor, the children's area has a dormitory with 5 beds (90x190 beds), a WC fitted with a hand basin and a large play area.
Outside, you will have a garden at the front of the house, out of sight and another at the back. This garden consists of a wooden terrace with new garden furniture, a barbecue and a large sink (ideal for rinsing things off after the beach), a lawn, a closed garden shed and a mini vegetable garden (raspberries, tomatoes, etc.)
The house offers all the comfort in terms of equipment (stainless steel worktop, cooking piano, large capacity refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, pellet stove, microwave, 3 TVs, DVD player, wood stove, dryer -hair ..) and bedding (quality mattresses and duvets).
For the youngest children, we can, on request, provide you with a travel cot, a pushchair, a high chair, a small bathtub and a bottle warmer.
We are at your disposal for any special request, in particular the day before departure where we can organize a pancake evening (contact us for details).
A deposit of € 500 will be required upon arrival.
We can provide bed linen on request with an additional € 8 per bed.
We can also provide towels on request with a supplement of € 5 per person (one large towel and one small).
We offer an optional cleaning fee of € 120.
In order to make everyone responsible for energy savings, we will take a meter reading (water + electricity) at the entrance and departure and we will invoice the actual consumption.
