Vineyards and country houses are the two jewels of this region: it is in the heart of its renowned vineyards (Monbazillac, Saussignac, Montravel, Pécharmant, etc.) that the town of Bergerac rises. Tennis courts are 500 m away in Saussignac. Private lake on site (no water in summer). Outside the house, enjoy the large, unfenced 1,500 m² garden with a small covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, ping-pong table, and swing.
