We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Primelin on the Cape Sizun, this charming house to less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a living room within a veranda, a dining room, an open kitchen equipped, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The south facing apartment is composed as follows:
On the ground floor.
- A veranda exposed South with TV, sofa and armchair.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker... and a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and WC
Exterior:
- A beautiful fully enclosed garden of about 1,000 m², surrounding the house with lots of flowered areas.
- A terrace of 20 m² exposed to the South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, books, board games, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Primelin, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, near the GR 34. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... at about 5 minutes by car.
Activities :
You will be at about 10 minutes by car of the attractive places of the Cap Sizun in Finistère.
- Audierne : its port, weekly market, restaurants, surf and diving school.
- Aquacap : swimming pool, slide, wellness area...
- Aquashow : visit its aquarium and enjoy its bird shows.
- The Pointe du Raz, the Baie des trépassés where a surf school is located...
