It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a terrace of around 60 m².

The owners will provide you with 2 mountain bikes so you can make the most of the nearby coastal paths and the Conleau peninsula, which has a small, very pleasant family beach.
