Positive: The location was amazing right in the old town, with a weekly Friday morning market right around the corner and bars and restaurants close by. The hosts were also very responsive.

Negative: Two of the four apartments were not cleaned when we arrived after the check in time (dirty sheets, dirty dishes, full garbages after previous tenants). I reached out to the hosts who claimed miscommunication with the cleaning team and rectified this quickly. The couch on the ground floor was extremely uncomfortable. And when renting all 4 apartments, it was rather confusing which codes were for which lockboxes for each of the keys. Also, it was evident that the stairwell hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. There was also not enough toilet paper provided and no hand soap for the washrooms.

Summary: Great location, poor cleanliness and preparedness.
