This lovely building is ideally located in a quiet area while being close to the sea, the magnificent beach of the 3 sheep being located 1 km away on foot.Upon entering the house, you will find a large and charming living room with a fireplace that will allow you to warm up by the fire after a winter walk on the hiking trail. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking, you will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet as well as a master suite with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a shower.Upstairs, you will find the 3 other bedrooms. The first two bedrooms are ideal for children: one is equipped with a bunk bed, and the other with 2 single beds. The last bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, allowing you to make 2 single beds or a double bed of 160. At this level you will also find a large bathroom with a double sink, a shower, a toilet, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find a large room with a small sea view from the window. This room is equipped with a table and a sofa, ideal for children to play or for everyone to get together to play a board game for example!Outside you can enjoy a very large garden, an outdoor table or deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful summer days.
