This comfortable holiday house of 270 m² (located in the park of CHATEAU DE PONTAMAILLY) is set on the edge of a minor road. It is located in a 2 hectares planted with trees park and 2 fenced ponds. You are welcomed there for a week or a weekend.
At the entrance of the property, the castle of the owner with its own swimming pool is also available for rental.
Semi-apart house with its private swimming pool (4.80 x 9.80 m, 90 cm to 1.80 m of depth). Secured by a gate. The left side of the building is rented all year long. However, the tenant couple do not have access to the swimming pool.

On the ground floor, 1 large entrance hall of 22 m² (ancient saddlery), lounge (55 m²) with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (30 m²), 1 toilet and double bedroom (14 m²) with bathroom and toilet.
On the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom and 4 bedrooms with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms (4 m², 10 m²), 2 toilets and 1 laundry room.
1 closed garage.
Included in our prices:
All utility bills (water-electricity-heating), final cleaning, logs for the chimney and baby equipment (3 puschairs, 4 folding beds with sheets, 2 babyrelax, 2 high chairs, 1 baby carrier, 1 bathtub with baby chair, 1 playpen and 1 potty-chair.)
The price quoted for a weekend is for 2 nights (extra cost for additional nights.)
25% when you book and the last amount 15 days before arrival.
Sheets and bathroom linen rental available upon request (beach towels in the summer.)
Rental from Saturday to Saturday: arrival 4.00 pm and departure 10.00 am
For weekends: we are very flexible.
