Charming house which has just been renovated, in the quiet of Lespont de Fouesnant Residences with an enclosed garden with trees of 1100m², a terrace, a beautiful veranda of 15m², and the PLUS a SPA to relax at home after a day beach, ballad or hike. (the SPA will only be available from October 2020 and on request)

Everything will be accessible to you on foot or by bike:
- You will be less than 1 kilometer from the beach of Cap Coz and its great nautical center (everything is possible: lessons / rental sailing, boards and others) or even the beach of Bot Conan
- Magnificent hiking trails and beautiful cycle paths 100 m from the house.
- Kilometers of coastal paths that will take you to Concarneau for the more athletic or even to Mousterlin and further on Bénodet
- You will be 1.5 km from the center of Fouesnant and 2 km from the superb beaches of Beg Meil.

In Fouesnant, in addition to the magnificent beaches of Cap Coz, Beg-Meil, or Bot Conan, you can walk in the cove of Penfoulic, a real observatory of nature, or go along the opposite coast and walk to Port- La-Forêt and La Forêt-Fouesnant (fishponds, Cornouaille Golf) while enjoying lush nature and extraordinary landscapes.
Departure to the Glénans Islands directly from Beg Meil.
By car, it will not take you long to reach Bénodet and find its beaches, casino, shops and spa, or for golfers: the Odet golf course.
15 minutes from Quimper to the north or from Concarneau to the east, you can also get closer to very picturesque and unmissable places such as Pont-Aven, Douarnenez, Sainte Marine or Pont l'Abbé ... and these are just examples. Our beautiful Brittany is still full of surprises!
