The house boasts a large, fenced garden with flowers and trees, private parking, a large terrace, a garden lounge, and a barbecue. The sound of the waves and the birds singing will lull you. This place is ideal for holidays in Pays Bigouden. On the ground floor, you will find a nice entryway offering access to the garage with a laundry area (washing machine, tumble-dryer and refrigerator). You can store sailing boards and bicycles. The house also features a very large living area with a dining room, living room, and a fitted kitchen (induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher) with triple exposure (east-south-west). This house offers beautiful lighting all day. There is access to the large terrace and the garden.
