On the ground floor, the open kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a top refrigerator, filter and capsule coffee makers (Senseo), a dishwasher, a toaster and a kettle and various kitchen appliances (electric wok, mini chopper...).
The dining room-living room has a television and gives access to the small garden and its terrace with furniture: loungers, table for outdoor meals, electric barbecue and awning.
A bathroom (renovation 2026) and an independent toilet complete the rental.
The accommodation has an adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and an additional refrigerator. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron, a travel cot, and a high chair are also provided.
