On the border of Gers and Tarn et Garonne, Maison Kalia awaits you in its private park of 2000m2 on the hillside for a relaxing stay, in the calm of the South-West countryside.
Elegant Gascon cottage 1h15 from Toulouse. Renovated with a particular attachment to furniture, flirting with a certain idea of design where materials and their textures create the atmosphere. Carved wood, steel, leather, high-tech equipment (NETFLIX). Well-equipped kitchen, gym/office, swimming pool, summer kitchen, video games room... An ideal haven of peace for 8 people. with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All on the hillside, not overlooked, with a bird's eye view of the sunrise. Magic !
Outside, it is enchantment. A view without nuisance, nor opposite and absolute calm to enjoy the various terraces with garden furniture and parasols: a terrace with a view of the rising sun near the kitchen for breakfast (a treat!), a solarium terrace with sunbeds and cushions, deck chairs, resin garden furniture with cushions, parasols... And finally, the sheltered terrace near the swimming pool. The nerve center of a stay in fine weather, with an outdoor dining table, a bbq and direct access to the summer kitchen including 4-burner gas hob, fridge, worktop with sink and ice maker!
The swimming pool, protected by an alarm, is large (5 m by 12.5 m) with a pool that can go up to 2.20 m deep.
With an interior area of 220m2, it offers all the modern comforts in an authentic stone building for a group of 8 people.
Typical of Gascon houses, the main entrance opens onto a central corridor distributing the different rooms on the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room with a double hearth wood stove, a living room opening onto the swimming pool, with fireplace, 60-inch flat-screen smart TV and sound bar, as well as an independent 26m2 room with desk, computer, printer and sports equipment (rower, stepper, abs machine).
2 bedrooms (KING SIZE BEDS) with 2 bathrooms and toilets are also available on the ground floor.
Upstairs, two other spacious double bedrooms (QUEEN SIZE BEDS), sharing a bathroom, are available to accommodate 4 other guests. Maison Kalia, located 40 minutes from Montauban and 1h15 from Toulouse, is on the border of two territories and therefore two different terroirs to visit. On one side the Tarn et Garonne in which it is located, with the Château de Gramont, the baroque church of the chapel, the honey museum, Beaumont de Lomagne, Castelsarrasin... And on the other, the north of Gers and the pretty town of Lectoure, perched on its rocky outcrop with its village of jugs, Fleurance and its hamlet of stars. The landscapes are hilly, the small roads numerous. A perfect terrain for sports bike enthusiasts.
Concerning the nearby amenities, a contact crossroads is available in the village located 4 km away, as well as a pharmacy, a service station, butcher, bakery with the added bonus of an excellent gourmet restaurant based on Quercy truffles...
Minimum stay of 2 nights. Except July and August: 7 night minimum. From Saturday to Saturday.

End of stay cleaning is included. However, the house must be returned in good order. The kitchen needs to be tidied up and your bins taken away.
