Welcome to the Tybayann house where we will welcome you warmly and simply, in the heart of the Quiberon peninsula, on the bay side, in Kerhostin, Saint-Pierre-Quiberon.
* IMPORTANT NOTE:
• Everything is included in the price of your stay, namely: sheets, towels, tea towels, a high chair, a bed and a baby bath (you would not have to pay extra for sheets, towels…).
• We also leave available free of charge: a canoe kayak (2 adults and 1 child with 3 life jackets) an old windsurf board that serves as a paddle and 3 Bic Surfs (2 longboards and a short board).
• Available: an electric griddle (Krampouz) and a Weber barbecue.
• Also note: beach equipment is not provided (beach umbrella, beach towel, beach chair, etc.).
The house is located in front of the blue beach, feet in the water, with the sea at the end of the garden.
This pretty intimate and quiet beach, with no parking and no campsite nearby, is located 10 meters from the gate at the bottom of the garden.
You will access it directly without a road to cross.
The house is quiet, sheltered from the prevailing winds, on the Bay of Quiberon side, not overlooked on the sea side and 900 meters on foot from the wild coast.
Thanks to its large bay windows, it enjoys a sea view from the ground floor, but also a panoramic sea view and a small terrace from the first floor.
The house was completely renovated in 2020 and then in 2022.
Ideally located, you will enjoy all the water sports in front of the house or in the surroundings (paddle, windsurfing, kayaking, surfing, kitesurfing, fishing, diving, sand yachting or simply swimming), as well as superb hikes.
All this leaving the garden or within a radius of less than 1.5 kilometers around the house.
From Quiberon, you can visit all the islands of our region: Belle ile, Houat, Hoedic. Not far away also, magnificent excursions and discovery of the Gulf of Morbihan.
• The house with a capacity of 8 people maximum (3 bedrooms, 5 beds) has 3 bathrooms, 3 WCs (including a bathroom in the outdoor laundry room) dedicated more to the return from the beach).
The house is arranged as follows:
* On the ground floor :
• Dining room, lounge (TV and Wifi), large bay windows (with electric shutters) opening onto terrace and garden, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer), and WC area.
• A bedroom (160 bed, television, plenty of storage) with bathroom (walk-in shower).
* Upstairs :
• A large bedroom (140 bed) with lounge area, large bay windows (with electric shutters), panoramic sea view and small terrace facing the sea.
• A second bedroom (bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90).
• A bathroom with large walk-in shower and WC.
* In appendix:
• A workshop with laundry room, washing machine, WC, and walk-in shower back from the beach.
* Exterior:
• You can enjoy several terraces all around the house at different times of the day.
• Electric gate with remote control on the road side (manual gate on the house side) intercom, deckchairs, barbecue, electric plancha, beach return shower to rinse your feet (in the garden).
• Parking for several cars inside the property.
* The neighborhood, access:
• Residential area.
• Bakery and market 300 meters away in the village of Kerhostin.
• The wild coast 1 kilometer on foot from the house, by the interior streets.
• The small Kerhostin SNCF station is 700 meters away.
• Possibility of taking the little train in season, from this station to Auray or Quiberon.
• All the other shops are 1.5 kilometers away in the neighboring village (cafes, tobacconist, bakery, supermarket, delicatessen, doctors, pharmacy, post office).
• Quiberon 5 minutes away.
• Auray at 25 minutes by car, Vannes or Lorient at 40 minutes, Nantes or reindeer at 1h30.
