Completely renovated in 2022 in a contemporary style, this house features two small bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a living room with LED TV and sofa, a brand-new open-plan kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a breakfast bar, a convection oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, all standard appliances (kettle, coffee maker, etc.), and ample storage cupboards. A large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and dryer is also available.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Using the swimming pool is highly recommended, as the water is heated to an average of 28°C (82°F) between May and October, weather permitting. The pool is private and reserved exclusively for your use during your stay. Pool toys are provided.
The very large 80m² south-facing terrace, furnished with sun loungers, a large garden lounge set, chairs, a table, etc., is at your disposal. Meals can be enjoyed on the terrace, which features an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a very large 6-burner American-style BBQ.
