Perfectly orientated, this modern and spacious house is located just a stone's throw from the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of our beautiful coast. The house, 4 stars and 4 holiday keys, is perfect for relaxation and offers all the comforts you need for an unforgettable stay. It can accommodate 12 adults and 2 children in an umbrella bed.

On the ground floor, there is a large living room with open-plan kitchen and 2 master suites with 160x200 beds, private shower room and 2 WCs.

What's more, the house has a host of leisure facilities at your disposal: you can launch one of the kayaks in the small harbour in front of the house, or use the bikes, and children can enjoy the play area.
Outside, there are several terraces, including one with a 6-seater 37-degree jacuzzi heated all year round, barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture.
There is also a children's play area with swing, slide, tree house and climbing wall.
The landscaped garden of 1,000 m2 is enclosed by an automatic gate and offers parking spaces and an enclosed area for pets.
