The bright two bedroom house has a great sociable space for any trip. The big comfy corner sofa is great for chilling after a fun night in London or whatever your plans for the trip are.
A great dining space for dinner with friends or family. Which can double up as a workspace if you need it.
Both bedrooms are double and can sleep up to 4 people in total.
The garden is possibly the best bit. It's a real sun trap and you'd never know you were in London sometimes. You get the sun till late on the outdoor corner sofa so it's great for a few drinks in the evening.
Access is gained using the key from the lockbox attached to the railings outside the house.

The house is in a great location, just next to Lloyd park with a beautiful William Morris Gallery along with fields and play areas. On a Saturday there's a fab farmers market, great for a Bloody Mary and delicious street food.
There are 2 great cafes 1-minute walk away. Wynwood has delicious coffee and sandwiches. Buhler and Co is a must if you want vegetarian brunch - highly recommend the quinoa cakes.
You're spoilt for choice for restaurants and takeaways on Hoe Street and Walthamstow Village.
Great pubs nearby are The Bell with a delicious Sunday lunch and the Dog and Duck that do really good pizza.
There are lots of gift shops, wine shops, and cafes all the way down Hoe Street. If you've to go a sweet tooth, get a takeaway custard slice from the Algerian cafe L'Hirondelle, you won't regret it!
If you're into nature the Walthamstow Wetlands, Europe's largest nature reserve is just down the road. It's beautiful on a Sunday day and you can walk all the way through to the Walthamstow marshes and along the canal to the Olympic park if you fancy going further afield.
The Westfield shopping center is about 30mins away on the 97 bus.
Or there's the Walthamstow market, which is Europe's longest market. Great for fruit and veg and the fish shops down there are brilliant. Really reasonable and fresh.
Walthamstow Central is a 12mins walk, you can get into Oxford Circus in 20mins. There's also the overground which takes you through Hackney and finally into Liverpool Street station in 18mins.
The 97 bus takes you to Westfield Stratford in 35mins.
The 123 bus takes you down to the Walthamstow Wetlands in 11mins
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
