Welcome to our home!
Spread across two floors via stairs, with a full modern kitchen, dining table and living space on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
A large flat screen Smart TV is provided, along with fast WiFi. The sofa in the living area can also be used as a sofa bed to accommodate two extra guests (please let us know in advance so we can prepare this for you). The private garden is accessible via the rear doors in the kitchen.
On the first floor, you will find the bedrooms - one single, and two doubles (one with an ensuite shower). Every room has its own personality and space to hang your personal belongings. All beds are fitted with fresh linens, with towels and toiletries also provided.
A highlight to the property is seeing Anfield Stadium right outside the home and in garden (easy view for fireworks!)
There are also 2 free parking spaces big enough for 2 4x4s.

Proud LFC fans, the Liverpool Football Stadium is only a stone throws away from the house. The neighbourhood is quite lovely, and you'll also find lots of local shops and pubs around. If you feel like doing some grocery shopping Aldi and Asda are only a short drive away.
You have lots of transportation options here. Buses, ubers, other taxi services, trains, driving, cycling, walking, and even VOXI SCOOTERS!
The house is only a 10-min drive from the city, and Kirkdale Train Station (the nearest station to the property) will get you into Liverpool Central station in approx 10 minutes.
The home is spread across two floors (ground and first floor - via stairs only).
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
