Parking is provided for two vehicles, including 1 under shelter, the property has a walled garden and you can if you wish, enjoy the shared pool with us. It is a house on 2 levels, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, facing south with stunning views of the plain, western corbières and further afield, the Pyrenees. The garden level consists of a large open room with kitchen, dining area and living room. A bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower and separate toilet. The attached cellar can be used as a bicycle shed.
The pool (salt) is a hull of 7. 5x3. 6 depth 1. 5m
With a staircase, electrolysis treatment and automatic PH regulation. It is secured by a barrier tarpaulin and a standard fence with gate.
