The beautiful kitchen and its fire place lounge will invite you to rest and read. Close to cities such as Issoire, Saint Nectaire or Clermont-Ferrand, at the foot of mountains and lakes, you will be spoiled for choice for your activities.: 2 possibilities for this house: For 2 or 3 people, you will benefit from 2 rooms, one with 1 bed in 140, the other with 1 bed in 120. If you are a large family or you are traveling with friends, an extension giving access to a living room with sleeping in 140 and surmounted by a mezzanine equipped with a 140 bed will allow you to come to 7 people.
A real bathroom, all modern and functional equipment await you: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, televisions, WIFI, and finally on an outdoor note, 2 terraces, 1 garden, private and closed access, and a basement to store equipment or motorcycles. If you do not want to come with your sheets, we can rent them for 15 € per bed and per stay.(towels and bath sheets included in the price). For cleaning, you can entrust it to us: for 2 or 3 people, the price is € 70. Beyond that, it is € 100.
